Each and everyone of you is an individual. So we took this as a challenge. Someone is willing to put in the time and work – Getting six solid training sessions per week. Others might have two babies, and two jobs. So working out 3-times a week is more than enough. Don’t worry, we got you covered. We are here for the everyday heroes.
We tested every single session in WODMADE Programming. We chose several athletes from different athlete levels, and by their feedback and results, we calibrated the training sessions in order to bring you the best stimulus.
